FitFetch Co. Subscription-Based Membership

1. Introduction

Welcome FitFecth Co. ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our dog Fitness and Wellness

membership services ("Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions

("T&Cs"). Please read them carefully before signing up.

2. Membership & Fees

• Memberships are available on a weekly basis and are subject to auto-renewal

unless canceled.

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis using the payment method on file.

• Prices are subject to change with at least [30 days] notice to members.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Service Availability

• Dog walking services are available during specified hours made available via

classes

• Classes may be scheduled in advance based on availability.

• We reserve the right to adjust or cancel classes due to extreme weather conditions,

holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive credit for the cancelations

and will be able to book the next available class.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Members may cancel their subscription with 2 weeks notice. Fill out the form on our contact.

• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership period.

• If a scheduled class is canceled by the client with less than 12 hours notice, it may

count toward the allotted number of walks for the period.

5. Pausing Membership

• Members may request to pause their membership for a period of up to 4 weeks per

year.

• A minimum notice of 14 days is required to process a membership pause. . Fill out a

request form on our contact.

• During the pause period, no services will be provided, and billing may be

temporarily suspended.

• Membership will automatically resume at the end of the agreed pause period

unless further arrangements are made.

6. Dog Eligibility & Requirements

• Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof may be requested.

• Dogs must be dessexed. Proof may be requested.

• Reactive dogs or those with a history of biting may not be eligible for service.

• Owners must provide accurate health and behavior information. Failure to disclose

relevant details may result in membership termination.

• We reserve the right to refuse membership according to the initial assessment

7. Liability & Waiver

• While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for injuries,

illnesses, or accidents that occur during walks.

• Owners acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dog walking, including

encounters with other animals, environmental hazards, and unforeseen incidents.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items (e.g., collars, leashes,

tags).

8. Pet Care & Safety

• Dogs will be walked on a leash unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog exhibits dangerous or reactive

behavior.

• If an emergency occurs, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately and seek

veterinary care if necessary (at the owner’s expense).

9. Home Access & Security

• Clients may provide access to their homes for the purpose of collecting and

returning their dogs.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and secure access (e.g., key, code, or

designated entry point).

• We will take reasonable precautions to secure the home upon entry and exit but are

not liable for theft, break-ins, or damages unrelated to our service.

• Any changes to access arrangements must be communicated in advance.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service management.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without prior consent, except as

required by law.

11. Termination & Amendments

• We reserve the right to terminate memberships if a client violates these T&Cs.

• These T&Cs may be updated periodically, and members will be notified of

significant changes.

12. Governing Law

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Queensland/ Australia.

By signing up for our subscription-based membership, you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
